Bring the family and join YCL staff at Clover Harvest with Moses Farmstead and the Clemson Cooperative Extension Program to Eat the Rainbow!

Create a salad using ingredients that you may not have tried before. Learn how and why you should eat the rainbow and about how and why you should eat locally. You will go home with a salad in a jar and a small herb plant to kick start your journey in eating widely, locally, and food grown by you. 

This event is open to families and we encourage all ages to come ready to get involved and learn more. Registration is required and opens on February 20th. **PLEASE INDIVIDUALLY REGISTER ALL FAMILY MEMBERS ATTENDING**

Registered participants can expect a confirmation call two working days before the event to confirm their attendance. This is to give waitlisted attendees a chance to attend in the event someone on the main list is unable to attend.
