Welcome to the Homeschool Hangout--a space for local area elementary and middle homeschoolers to get together for learning, socializing, etc.

Welcome spring by making a home for your new avian neighbors and their budding families. We'll be using recycled materials, paint, and a little creativity to make a bird's dream home.

Registered participants can expect a confirmation call the day before the event to confirm their attendance. This is to give waitlisted attendees a chance to attend in the event someone on the main list is unable to attend.
Drop in as a family from 10-11am to explore and play with manipulatives, make a craft, play board games, build a marble run, and read a book. Registration is open to 20 families. Ages 2-10 accompanied by an adult. Register online or call 803-547-4114, starting Apr. 6.
Enjoy the company of others While practicing yoga safely from a sitting position. You don't need to be in shape, just have an open mind. There are many benefits that come from yoga. It improves your circulation, flexibility, balancing while reducing joint pain and stress. Please bring a yoga mat or any props you have available.
Bring in healthy, pest-free cuttings, sprouts, and plants that you are ready to say goodbye to and say hello to something new.
Participants can bring in up to eight plants to swap. Plants can be indoor or outdoor varieties, but must be labeled and in a nursery pot/bag you are prepared to part with. Any additional information you can pass on to your fellow plant lovers is appreciated!
This event is a drop in, so you can swap out plants and leave or stay and talk to your fellow plant enthusiasts.
Featuring artist and poet, Julie Ann Cook as guest presenter from Reclaimed Art. Celebrate Earth Day by learning to make crafts with recycled materials. We will make Christmas light earrings and a bottle cap flower magnet/ornament.

Calling all wiggly giggly preschool bookworms! Join us for stories, songs, and activities for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers.
